Horrible Service! We had our basement flooded and called these guys to come clean up one room and a hallway that would not dry out. We had another room I told them was okay and didn't need cleaned. They showed up with my wife at home and walked around and told my wife that everything needed to be taken out of the room (the one I had told them I didn't want done) and would not listen to my wife when she said we didn't need that room done. He was rude to my wife and promptly left, leaving our house to sit in mold and mildew. Simply put, they refused to listen to what we really wanted and seemed to not want our business. Total lack of respect to someone who has been a flood victim. Would not recommend to anyone!
We have used this service many times and have always been 100% satisfied.
This is the third time (or maybe fourth) that I have had this company clean for us, and this time it was just as good as all the others. The employee showed up early, moved all the furniture as needed, treated my possessions with respect, cleaned up after himself, and left my home refreshed.
